Like the ALL SEQUENCES (Basic) Set, this video, led by Peter, guides you through a challenging all-level practice that includes various advanced level poses, and is divided into three parts – a basic OPENING Sequence with a Strengthening Set, that prepares the major muscles and joints of your body for safe practice; a basic DYNAMIC Sequence with three Advanced Sets for Hip Openers, Backbends, and Arm Balances, that build heat and strengthen your body’s cardiovascular and respiratory systems; and the CLOSING Sequence which cools your body down and prepares you for meditation.
