G&G2 | OPENING Sequence


This OPENING Sequence prepares the major muscles and joints of the body for safe practice in a shorter, more approachable set of practices for beginners. Mostly floor exercises, the instruction encourages you to approach your body’s limitations as only as you can and heighten your awareness to the subtle changes that take place naturally with consistent of practice. Variations for beginners, with the use of modifications or props are given, as well as variations for more experienced students wanting to go deeper into the poses.
