PRACTICE PRINCIPLES TO AWAKEN YOUR SUBTLE BODY
a 2-hour online workshop based on The Practice Principles of LEVITYoGA
Do you long for a yoga practice that truly honors the uniqueness of your mind and body, and the yoga journey you’ve been on so far? If so, this workshop will help you discover and apply your uniqueness, physically and psychologically, with principles of practice that support our interconnectedness and the subtle body elements that all of us share.
During this 2-hour online program, Peter will guide you towards a more intimate relationship with yourself that inspires your own inner teacher through movement, mindfulness, breath, and stillness, and helps you feel the subtle sensations or awareness these states of being create.
Using the three Practice Principles Peter created – 1) Back Body Breathing, 2) Spine Mechanics, and 3) Fundamentals of Flow, the instruction will lead your attention towards areas of the body were resistance is present and movement is limited. These places can offer the clearest guidance to discover what’s necessary for creating balance in ourselves, and allows us to feel the influence focused attention and proper breathing has to effect change intuitively.
