DEMYSTIFYING CHAKRAS & BANDHAS
To appreciate what chakras exactly are and how they work within you involves creating an image of them in your mind—including visuals or sounds—and then applying your unique understanding of them. Incorporating this regularly into your yoga practice will gradually build a sensory relationship with your chakras, awakening a feeling sense of non-muscular, subtle body movement within. When this process produces benefits for your life, then the chakras will become “real” for you.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore various physical and subtle body anatomical landmarks to help define the terrain the chakras operate in and help you understand the role they play in your health and wellbeing. Using simple practices integrated into movement, you will learn how to strengthen your personal connection to these subtle body energy centers.
