SUBTLE BODY CHANNELING: The Movement of Thought & Emotions
In a yoga pose, when we use our sense of touch to feel into our body, especially where our body meets the ground, the activation of tactile and visceral sensory information coupled with visualization (our mind meeting the physical sensation of what we feel with a mental image) influences our experience. Science has shown what we choose to visualize works with the physical experience we are having and together, awakens an experience more powerful than either individually.
In this online workshop, we will explore various physical and subtle body techniques in common yoga poses that work strongly with our thoughts and emotions through synchronized movement, breath, and visualization to create more ease, strength, and mobility in our practice – physically and psychologically.
The class is suitable for all levels.
