The belly region of the body is not a simple thing. Most consider a healthy belly only by its outer appearance, with the location and function of the belly organs beyond conscious understanding. Physically, our bellies are responsible for digestion and assimilation. Emotionally, they’re the seat of our “gut instincts”, although often taking the brunt of our dysfunctional attempts dealing with fear, anger, and low self-esteem.
In this workshop, learn how to create “true” core-power and establish a sense of easeful movement through the practice of twists.
