The CLOSING Sequence cools down the body and calms the nervous system in preparation for meditation. Employing a variety of relaxation poses, both reclining and seated, this practice allows you to turn your attention inward and mentally connect with the healing power of deep stillness. Mostly floor exercises, the instruction encourages you to approach your body’s limitations as only as you can and heighten your awareness to the subtle changes that take place naturally with consistent of practice.
